I ended the month of January by gathering with some of my favorite Ellefriends to make our visions plain for us to see. You guessed it, we met with a purpose to create vision boards. This meeting was to begin the manifestation of things hoped for but not seen.
This event was hosted by Sameika. She did an amazing job welcoming us into her home. She created spaces for each step. She had a magazine station, a craft station, & most importantly a food & libations station to get our inspiration flowing.
Now in order to be successful at building your Vision you must: Step 1. The most time consuming part is to cut all your hopes, dreams, & ideas you have about life from magazines. Step 2. You must take all your goals, dreams, & hopes and make them fit onto a 36×48 foam board. I know you need a wall for this not just a board, Me too! I have tons of dreams running around in this brain of mind too. Step 3. The toughest part is organizing your thoughts by asking yourself some honest questions like, “what do you really want to see come into fruition in your life?” The key to create the right vision is you must be specific and intentional.
Some of us have visions of creating dreams into reality…..
Some of us are fine tuning and already living them….
Some of us are cooking up the right seasonings to blaze trails in the kitchen for their family…
Some of us our visions are on the path to building a legacy of family….
Some of us are embarking into newly unchartered territory…
& yet we are not afraid to hit the ground running…
& some of us are rewriting what a fulfilling life should truly be….
Yet not one of us will walk or run this journey alone. A piece of advice Ellefriends, in order to achieve your vision you have to make sure your support system as solid as your plans. Find you a group of friends and start there. Once your vision is established, take the time to reflect and meditate on your vision board often or daily. Habakkuk 2:2 says , “Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it. For the revelation awaits an appointed time.” You will look back after time has lapsed six months later, a year later, or as quick as days you will start to see what you have manifested into your present.
& to all My Ellefriends I wish you an intentional goal driven year! ❤️
